Programs of Mobility

 

Academic mobility refers to students, academic and non/academic staff in the area of higher education, going to another institution of higher education in their own or a foreign country to conduct a part of the study program (one or two semesters), that is, to teach or have training at another HEI. Student mobility can be implemented at all study levels (BA and MA) and staff mobility enclose academic and non-academic staff.
Exchange students/staff are participating in a formal exchange programs between their home university/faculty and Faculty of Business Economics and Entrepreneurship Belgrade.
HEIs from Programme countries submit mobility projects to their National agency and if selected, they enable following mobility activities:
 
Student Mobility:

  • a study period in a programme/partner country abroad lasting between 2 and 12 months
  • traineeships (work placements, internships, etc.) abroad for students currently enrolled in higher education institutions in Programme countries. These opportunities are also open to recent graduates. You can also combine your Erasmus+ traineeship with a study period abroad.

 
Staff Mobility:

  • teaching periods - staff deliver teaching at another HEI abroad
  • training periods - staff undertake a training event or undergo job shadowing/observation

 
Funding can be used to support staff engaged in both HEI teaching (minimum of 8 hours of teaching per week) and non-teaching activities. Staff mobility activities can last from 2 days to 2 months, excluding travel time.
 
Erasmus Mundus Joint Master programs
This program offers an opportunity to acquire higher education in different cultural settings. Students from all over the world that have earned a BA's degree or MA's degree may apply to some of the available Erasmus Mundus Joint Master programs.

CRITERIA FOR MOBILITY

 

Criteria that are used by three members Commission for internal evaluation of student’s applications at the Faculty of Business Economics and Entrepreneurship are:

  • Language competences (based on certificate)
  • Academic achievements of students (based on certificate issued by student’s office)
  • Academic compatibility with a foreign partner – host university/faculty (based on Learning Agreement)
  • Motivation (based on written motivation letter)
  • Special achievements of students (awards, recognitions, competitions)
  • Participation in university activities (students volunteering center, parliament etc.)
  • Data about special activities, knowledge or skills (based on biography of students and application).

  • Activity plan (based on agreement of improvement or teaching activities)
  • Interest of foreign partner – host university/faculty (based on invitation letter or recommendation)
  • Previous cooperation with partner institution (based on accompanying document)
  • Participation in faculty activities
  • Doing/having additional functions at Faculty
  • Data about special activities, knowledge or skills (based on biography of teaching and nonacademic staff and application).
  • Academic/scientific/administrative compatibility with foreign partner

INDIVIDUAL MOBILITY OF TEACHING AND INSTITUTIONAL STAFF IN SCHOOLS _____ / _________ YEAR

General provisions

High School for Business Economics and Entrepreneurship (hereinafter: High School) from Belgrade announces a competition for the allocation of funds under the Erasmus + program - key activity 1 Individual mobility of teaching and non-teaching staff. The purpose of staying abroad is:
• Teaching (STA)
• Professional Development of Non-Resident Staff (STT)
The valid period for the implementation of Erasmus + Mobility is up to _______________ in accordance with the Grant Contract.
Personnel who can participate in the Mobility Program:
• teachers and associates employed in the Higher School on the basis of employment contracts
• Unskilled (administrative) staff employed at the High School on the basis of employment contracts.

The teacher is obliged to hold at least 8 hours of lectures in the framework of mobility.
Each candidate is obliged to contact the teachers themselves or the non-permanent staff in a foreign institution for the purpose of arranging the work plan and the duration of the stay.

Criteria for candidate selection:
• Quality of work plan
• benefit for further work in the home institution
• Knowledge of the language in which the teaching / training will be held
• The length of stay must be in accordance with the scope of the activities to be carried out
• a way of disseminating the experience after returning to the home institution.

Priority in the selection of candidates has those teaching / non-existent staff who have not yet taken part in the Mobility Program.

The Erasmus + Mobility Erasure Commission will draw up a list of selected and rejected candidates as well as a "waiting list" on the basis of the points awarded after the selection process, if there are conditions for it, no later than 8 days after the completion of the competition. The results will be published on the website of the High School.

The application for the competition should include:
1. Filled application form,
2. A completed and signed work plan form,
3. Biography (Europass, CVobrazac http.//europass.cedefop.europa.eu/en/documents/curriculum-vitae)
4. Application form for the approval of additional funding (for candidates with disabilities),
5. Document indicating the degree of disability (for candidates with disabilities).

By applying for the competition, candidates agree to publish their name on the list.
