Place and time

International Erasmus+ Partner Days 2025 will be held at the Faculty of Business Economics and Entrepreneurship at Mitropolita Petra 8 street, 11000 Belgrade (Serbia), from 21 to 25 of October 2025. 

Who can register?

Open to all (administrative/teaching) staff members of our partner Universities.  We will consider applications from staff working at any European higher education institution holding an Erasmus+ Charter for Higher Education and from staff working at one of our Erasmus+ partner institutions across the globe. Maximum number of participants: 30.  Confirmation of selected and non-selected participants will be informed via email before the 10 of September, 2025.

Applications are only possible via the online form.

What are the costs involved?

Please note that there is no participation fee. However, you are expected to cover the costs for accommodation, travel, and subsistence. Fees for social and cultural events that are part of the International Erasmus+ Partner Days program (such as the welcome dinner or the guided city tour) are covered by the Faculty of Business Economics and Entrepreneurship.
