President of the Management Board of "Torlak" by the decision of the Government of RS. Participated in several professional seminars organized by the Salzburg Global Seminar, in Austria. He graduated with an average grade of 9.74 at the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade, Department of Economics and Law. Master's degree in administrative sciences and management science at the Faculty of Law 1996/1997. He defended a one-year postgraduate specialization at The London School of Economics and Political Science in the Department of Management. In 2010, he defended his doctoral dissertation at the Faculty of Business Studies in Belgrade.
