Gordana Gavrić was born in 1984 in Belgrade, where she finished primary and secondary school. She graduated from the Faculty of Business Studies, Megatrend University, in 2007 and obtained the title of graduate economist for international business. In the same year, she enrolled in master's studies at the Faculty of Culture and Media, Megatrend University. At the Faculty of Culture and Media, Megatrend University, she worked as a teaching associate in the field of Management in Culture and Media from 2008 to 2010. In December 2009, she defended her master's thesis "Creative industries in the function of economic development of countries with special reference to Serbia" and acquired the title of graduate communication master. In 2010-2011, she was employed by the production company Media Prime Time. Since 2012, he has been working at the College of Business Economics and Entrepreneurship as an assistant in the field of Management. From 2012 to 2016, she attended doctoral studies in the field of Integral Development Management at the Faculty of Applied Management, Economics and Finance, University of Business Academy, Novi Sad. She defended her doctoral dissertation on the topic "Organizational culture as a factor of growth and development of business society" in 2016 and in the same year at the Faculty of Business Economics and Entrepreneurship she received the title of assistant professor for the narrower scientific field of Management.
