In cooperation with colleagues from Romania, from the West University of Timisoara, the participation of PEP students in the BIP program, entitled "Beyond the Game: How Prioritizing Employee Health Boosts Business Performance - The Power of Wellness", was organized.
Erasmus+ combined intensive program (BIP) is an innovative mobility format that combines short-term face-to-face activities with a virtual component, with the aim of realizing practical activities formulated around a common idea and theme of the program, strengthening intercultural and multidisciplinary competences. The idea of the implemented program called "Beyond the Game: How Prioritizing Employee Health Boosts Business Performance - The Power of Wellness" was to encourage and create a positive impact and well-being of employees in terms of preserving and dealing with mental, emotional and physical health, in order to preserve a healthy and productive work environment.
The BIP program was implemented in the period from 23-27. March 2026 and three of our students participated - Jovana Iskić, Danilo Đorđević and Mihajlo Jovanović. During their stay in Timisoara, they were visited by the director of the Center for International Cooperation, prof. Aleksandra Tošović-Stevanović. After the students' visit, she also attended meetings with representatives of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, namely with the Vice dean for research and development, prof. Gratiela Noja and Vice dean for academic diplomacy prof. Ovidiu Megan, and on that occasion, new joint activities within the framework of international cooperation and new projects between our two institutions were agreed upon.
