Inviting students to apply for participation in the Erasmus+/KA1 mobility programme at Ljubljana School of Business (https://www.vspv.si/en/about-school).
The competition is announced for the following positions:
- 3 places for student mobility for studies
Mobility is announced for a period of maximum 5 months.
The competition is open until 15.11.2023.
Students of the first year of basic academic studies do not have the right to participate in the competition.

Additional information:
- The duration of student mobility should be in accordance with the study agreement. The expected duration of student mobility is up to 5 months for studies (one semester).
- Mobility will be realized in the summer semester. Dates will be subsequently specified in agreement with the partner institution. Exceptionally, in case of introduction of extraordinary measures that could affect the realization of academic cooperation, the planned mobility can be postponed to the following semester.
-If student does not have an official certificate of knowledge of the English language, the certificate can also be issued by the subject teacher or foreign language school.
- This mobility is realized within the Erasmus+ exchange programme, which covers travel and living expenses according to the established distribution of grant funds.
- Participants in mobility programs shall arrange the relevant insurance covering the entire period of their stay abroad.

The participant in the competition shall submit the complete documentation required by the competition within the specified deadline. Send the scanned documents to the e-mail erasmus.office@vspep.edu.rs. Incomplete and late applications will be rejected.
The competition results will be published on the institution's website, and objections to competition results can be submitted to erasmus.office@vspep.edu.rs within 8 days from the date when results are published.
- Health insurance: The cost of mandatory health insurance during mobility is not covered by the Erasmus+ KA131 program. All selected candidates are obliged to independently provide appropriate health insurance.
- Travel expenses are not covered by the Erasmus+ KA131 program. Selected students organize the trip independently and bear the travel expenses. However, people who opt for a "green trip", i.e. a way of travel that predominantly uses low-pollution means of transport (train, bus or car trip with multiple participants) are entitled to an additional 50 euros, as well as additional individual support to cover the return travel day .
