Goran Šormaz is an assistant professor at the College of Business Economics and Entrepreneurship in Belgrade. In 1991, he completed his studies at the Faculty of Law, University of Nis. At the Faculty of Business Studies in Banja Luka, the University of Business Studies Banja Luka completed his academic studies, which earned him the title - graduate economist. At the Faculty of Law of the Union University in Belgrade, in 2010, he completed specialist academic studies in the study program Public Notary, which earned him the academic title - specialist lawyer. He obtained the title of Master of Economics in 2011 at the Faculty of Business and Financial Studies in Banja Luka, University of Business Studies in Banja Luka, by defending his master's thesis on the topic: "Development and functioning of the European Union budget". He received his doctorate on July 16, 2018. at the Faculty of Economics and Engineering Management from Novi Sad (University of Business Academy from Novi Sad), on the topic "Implementation of management in education as a key factor in the development and efficiency of educational institutions", which earned him the scientific title - Doctor of Economics. He has extensive work experience, and has performed managerial functions in: the company "Generalexport" (GENEX) Belgrade, the company "Mototehna" d.o.o. Obrenovac, to the Public Company for Management and Use of Business Premises "Business Center of the Municipality of Palilula" Belgrade (founder - City Municipality of Palilula), in the Company "BG Hall" d.o.o. Belgrade ("Belgrade Arena"), in the Sports and Recreation Center "Tasmajdan" in Belgrade, in the Cultural Institution "Palilula" and in the City Municipality of Palilula. He worked at the Business School of Vocational Studies "Prof. Dr. Radomir Bojković "from Kruševac, as a professor of vocational studies, narrow scientific field - economics.
