Vlado Radić was born on August 19, 1955. years. He finished primary and secondary technical school in Kraljevo. He graduated from the Technical Military Academy in Zagreb in 1980 with a degree in mechanical engineering and earned a degree in mechanical engineering. In 1990, he obtained the title of Master of Technical Sciences at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Belgrade. By defending his doctoral dissertation in 1995 at the Military Technical Academy in Belgrade, he acquired the title of Doctor of Technical Sciences. From 1980.1985. He worked in the units of the technical service in the garrisons of Vrsac and Zrenjanin. From 1985.2001. He worked at the Military Technical Institute in Belgrade, where he passed the duties of an independent and senior researcher, head of department and project manager. From 2001 to 2012, he worked for the Ministry of Defense as Assistant Chief, Head of the Capacity Department, Head of the Research Department, Deputy Head of the Directorate for Research, Development and Production of NGOs and Head of the Directorate for Defense Technologies. Since 2013, he has been employed at the College of Business Economics and Entrepreneurship in Belgrade as a full professor for a group of subjects in the field of management (Production and Service Management, Quality Management, Production and Quality Management, Organizational Design, Business Planning, Innovation Management, Methodology scientific research).
